Two years ago today Jess and I started I love, I need! I had just moved to Ireland to study abroad and Jess was working away in New York City.
Crazy to believe how much time has passed and how much great blogging we’ve done. We have enjoyed it so unbelievably much and hope you have, too. Thanks for reading along with us and can’t wait for many more!
If I was to celebrate our blogiversary, the above are things I would buy for me and Jess. Then we would have a big party drinking lots of these with stripey straws.

There were some really pretty things in 2012. I love this dashboard photo, it seems so dreamy.
I looked at a lot of photos online and I took a lot of photos. Last spring I took my last ever photography course in college and went a little crazy… as in 10,000 photos taken in 2012 crazy.
I tried some successful (some not so much) baking ideas and used my stand-mixer. Jess gave me an awesome baking book and I actually tried some of them. I read some great foodie blogs and am trying hard to branch out of my very small macaroni-and-cheese kind of box.
I went a little out there (for me) in style ideas. I bought my first chambray shirt (wearing it now) and wore my first glittery shoes. Looking at the goooorgeous outfits on lots of different blogs made me want to try new things.
For 2013, I would like to continue trying new things and finding inspiration from lots of different places. I also need to stop buying pints in bars and save to go travel. We’ll see how that one turns out…
While reading through some of my favorite blogs, I loved their own 2012 recaps/2013 musings. Again, lots of pretty photos, delicious looking food and beautiful style that I wanted to share with you.
