Dancers Among Us

This incredible collection of photos comes from Jordan Matter, whose children were the inspiration for his new book Dancers Among Us, A Celebration of Joy in the Everyday. His mission: to capture images of throughout every moment of their daily routines as if they never lost their childhood enthusiasm. He travelled the country for three years shooting local dancers in familiar places, bringing their athleticism and grace to even the most average daily tasks–including taking a shower, getting to work or being caught in the rain.
