How Monday is here again and how we’re already in July, I’ll never know.

The past two weekends have been crazy-busy but in the very best of ways. One of my closest high school friends is getting hitched in September and flew in from Hawaii (where she lives. year round. swoonfest) for some celebrating. We had a girls night in the city last weekend complete with an amazing dinner, bridal games at a divey bar and dancing.

On Saturday, our families got together at a B&B in town for her bridal shower. It was so nice to get our moms together again for some reminiscing and planning for her wedding day. I miss my peeps already!

Hope everyone on the east coast is finding ways to stay cool this week. Darwin and I were thrilled to spend the weekend in CT with the air conditioning on full blast and a little lady to keep him company. Not quite sure how we’re going to make it through the week without melting …
